One of the most rewarding ways to enrich your learning experience is by attending and participating in and on location class. Each member of the BetterTrades coaching staff offers a live event at least once a month in a major metropolitan area around the country. BetterTrades administrators try to make sure the eastern, central and western portions of the United States are covered on a regular basis, so the different members of the staff are dispersed into different areas to provide access to the veteran coaches who anchor the BetterTrades program.
Live classes can be a great opportunity for a student to learn and improve their trading skills. There’s something exciting about leaving home, getting away from the rest of the family, escaping from the telephone and daily chores, and being able to focus on education. The ability to focus at a live event is hard to explain, but can be used to enliven the level of learning. The on location classes offer BetterTrades students the rare opportunity to get to know the instructors on a first-name basis and establish the sort of rapport that can’t be accomplished through other methods.
Here’s a list of the coaches who teach on location classes and a brief synopsis of the class:
Markay Latimer teaches “Trend Trading My Way,” a two-day class that offers a fresher in technical analysis, examples of potentially profitable patterns, and how to use the material to find possible trend and momentum plays.
Ryan Litchfield teaches “Trader’s Forge,” a two-day class which teaches students how to trade without emotion by establishing preset entries and exits into trades. Students leave Ryan’s class with the equivalent of 10 months of practice-trading experience.
Darlene Powell teaches two live classes: “Lifestyle Trading with LEAPS” and “Trading the Qs.” The two-day LEAPS class is designed to show students how to trade safely and profitably with long-term equities. The one-day Qs class is a primer on how to trade the stock market, as seen through the eyes of someone who trades the exchange traded fund.
John White teaches “Spread the Wealth,” a one-day class that is designed to help students learn the process of using non-directional trading. Using the iron condor strategy can help traders be profitable and take less risk.

The two-day introductory trading workshop known as Market Essentials is also taught live around the country. The class is an introduction to options trading and explains how it is possible to make better trading decisions after obtaining a thorough stock market education.
